Most orders ship within 5-7 business days, and shipping is typically 2-5 business days, depending on location. Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered for your order. If items are returned because the address is undeliverable, items will be re-sent at your expense.
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.
If you received the wrong item, or the item was defective, please send an email to email@example.com. We’ll ask you to send a photograph of the item for verification.
All of our items are made-to-order and we do not maintain any inventory. For that reason, items ordered in error cannot be returned or exchanged at this time. Please pay close attention to the description of the item(s) you’re ordering and reference the size chart for specific measurements of each product.
However, if you received the wrong item or the item arrived defective in some way, please let us know so we can make it right ASAP.

Orders are immediately sent to our production facility, but orders can typically be canceled or modified if you notify us within within 24 hours of your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.
After 24 hours, orders will already be in production and cannot be canceled.
